By the time Too Hot To Handle season 4 came to an end, Kayla and Seb were the couple many thought would survive the real world. However, they split shortly after filming before rekindling their romance just a few months later. The official Netflix relationship update dropped on YouTube on December 28, 2022, and showed the couple discussing their split.
Kayla said that she and Seb were dating for a few months after the show, and she traveled to Scotland to see him. “It was a lot, all at once,” she stated. “The long-distance got really difficult for us both, which was, it was always a fear,” Seb admitted. The Scottish native had previously worried about being so far away from the Los Angeles native, which ultimately caused them to break things off despite their strong bond on the show.

I think we’ve got enough memories to continue something together,” Seb added. “Hopefully, soon we’ll give things another try,” Kayla teased. Kayla and Seb have since gotten back together.
Kayla and Seb rekindled their Too Hot To Handle romance shortly after they broke things off. In fact, Seb revealed, in an Instagram Reel from June 2023, that a few months before, he officially asked Kayla to be his girlfriend. Kayla and Seb are still together over a year later and appear to be going strong.

Similar to other Too Hot To Handle contestants and reality stars in general, they are using their one-time fame to create a career for themselves. Kayla has revealed she has partnered with the company Bloom in some of her posts and even showcased her time at Coachella with the clothing company Revolve.
As for Seb, he is a successful influencer as well. He recently went on an influencer trip with his dad for L'Oreal Men's where they promoted the new men's skincare brand. It seems Kayla and Seb are an influencer power-couple.

While it's impossible to know if Kayla and Seb will last, judging by the love they show each other online, it seems likely they will. Too Hot To Handle couples don't have a great track record, but Kayla and Seb have already lasted longer than every couple besides Emily Miller and Cam Holmes from Too Hot To Handle season 2, who recently welcomed their first child together.
